Brazil Visa Services

A Brazil visa is a stamp or endorsement placed by Brazilian officials on a passport, permitting the bearer to visit Brazil. Brazil’s embassy or consulate issues these visas for specific purposes.

Brazil does not require tourists or people traveling for business to obtain a visa. However, you do need a visa to travel to Brazil for work, technical support, technical assistance, as an artist or athlete, for scientific research, as a missionary, as a student, or as an official.

We can help you with Brazil visa services. Passport processing times can vary and depend on the processing time at the Brazilian embassy or Consulate that needs to approve the visa. The visa services company does not control visa processing times, which can change at the government’s discretion and are not up to the visa services company.

For example, students need to show proof of enrollment and that they can support themselves while they are in the country. Those traveling for some business roles, like technical support, may need a letter from their employer verifying their roles in the country.

Missionaries have some of the most stringent visa requirements. They must be able to show where they are staying, their itinerary while they are in the country, and a letter from a Brazilian religious organization showing the missionaries’ affiliation with their organization. They need to provide a copy of an ordination letter and their resume. They also need police clearance proving that they do not have any pending criminal charges.

Because Brazil has so many different types of visas, it can be essential to determine that you are applying for the correct type of visa and that you have the correct documentation. If you are traveling for work or with a group, they may have information about the type of visa required. You may also need a letter of authorization showing and proof of an invitation, depending on the visa type. If you are working with your company or a Brazilian organization, they should also provide you with the necessary documentation for your trip.
