Hassle-Free Solutions to Your Visa Needs. Please include the following items in your Packet to us:

  • Complete the Visa order request form – (with daytime phone number(s) where you can be reached if additional information is needed.)
  • Include original Passport for each individual needing to obtain a Visa. (Passport must be signed and valid for at least 6 months)
  • The Passport and Visa application signed and dated for the appropriate Embassy or Consulate.
  • Passport photo(s) for each Visa application. (number of photos may vary)
  • Supporting documents – Enclose supporting documents i.e. Flight itinerary, Invitation, Copy of Driver’s License etc., (varies by country)
  • Payment to SharpLink – Checks or money should be payable to SharpLink Services, Inc. We accept Personal Checks, Company Checks, Money Orders and/or Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard). (Credit Card Authorization form). Money Order or Cashier’s Checks should be made payable directly to the individual Embassy. (See pricing for additional details)
  • Return Shipping Include a prepaid return mailer (i.e., Federal Express, UPS, USPS, etc.) or add $40.00 to Sharplink’s service fee for USPS Express Mail shipping return of the completed document(s) to you.


    Important Visa Processing Information

    Visa applications rejected by the embassy will be charged an additional 50% of the SharpLink Services fee for resubmission. We will drop off your completed Visa(s) to the delivery facility of your choice (i.e., Federal Express, UPS, USPS, etc.) for overnight delivery to you at no charge. Payment of overnight shipping charges, however, are your responsibility. Please include a prepaid return envelope with your Visa request(s) or add $40.00 to Sharplink’s service fee for USPS Express Mail shipping return of the completed document(s) to you. Generating airbill(s) fee $10.00 if one is not provided for return shipping. SharpLink also offers reasonable courier rates for pickup and delivery of Visas for customers located in selected Washington D.C. area locations. Contact a representative for a quote. If you have additional questions or need clarification when forwarding your Visa request(s) to SharpLink Services, do not hesitate to call (202) 450-3059 and speak with a representative directly. One of our account managers will walk you through each step to ensure that the information is accurate and complete. Once we receive the above items, we will then obtain the appropriate Visa(s) from the Consulate/Embassy(s).
