Refund Policy

Thanks for subscribing to our services at SharpLink Services.

Please note that the company will not issue any refund to anyone after 24 hours from the purchase or post-manifestation. However, a purchase is eligible for a full or partial refund of paid fees if the request is either made within 24 hours after the purchase or till it is not manifested.

How can you apply for a refund at SharpLink Services?

We have a policy stating that all refund requests should be made through a returned and completed Refund Request Form or RRF. This form is available on request at our billing office that remains open during standard business hours (EST). We remain closed on weekends and during business holidays.

 

List of circumstances that are not liable for a partial or full refund

For the nature of our service, we may not permit any refund for reasons outside of SharpLink Services’ control. Here are some reasons listed but not limited to:

1. In case of flight cancellations, flight delays, missing flights, or any other travel itinerary changes. The customer should understand mentioned cases are outside the control of our working capacity and therefore is not liable for any refund.

2. If there has been a delay in passport or other travel document deliveries. As already mentioned, there are a few things outside our capacity that we can not put accountable for.

3. If the ticket is lost, stolen, or misplaced. Please ensure you send over the documents through trusted mail couriers. We are not responsible for delays or errors made by mail couriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, or any other commercial carrier.

4. If there are passport procurement hurdles, which may include policy changes, regulations, or requirements. There are minimal chances for mentioned occurrences, but if they happen, it gets difficult to navigate through the process on time.

5. If the customer sends incomplete or inaccurately filed document/documents. Passport applicants are responsible for the completeness of all application material. Please fill in the details correctly and check it thoroughly before sending it over.

Our team guarantees professional service and delivery of your documents. However, our liability is limited to the fees paid. Please note that our maximum liability for refusal of service is limited to the paid amount collected by us from you under any circumstance, without limitation.
